By accessing selectadjusters.com or engaging Select Adjusters for public adjusting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Public adjusting services performed by Select Adjusters are governed by an individual engagement agreement signed at the start of each claim. The agreement defines scope, fee structure, contingency percentage, and the scope of authority you grant Select Adjusters to act on your behalf with your insurance carrier.
Select Adjusters operates on a contingency basis. The fee is a percentage of the settlement increase achieved through our work. The exact percentage is disclosed in writing in the engagement agreement before any work begins. If we do not increase your settlement, you owe us nothing.
When you engage Select Adjusters, you authorize us to act as your representative in communicating with your insurance carrier, submitting documentation, and negotiating on your behalf. The exact scope of authorization is defined in the engagement agreement.
The Select Adjusters name, logo, trademarks, website content, and brand materials are the property of Select Adjusters. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Select Adjusters materials without written permission.
Select Adjusters provides selectadjusters.com on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability for public adjusting services is governed by the signed engagement agreement for each claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
