Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency may vary based on the status and activity of your claim and which Programs you participate in. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for text messages according to your mobile plan, and you are responsible for any such charges.

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive messages from us by submitting a form on our website that includes consent language, signing a representation agreement that includes communication consent, requesting text or email updates, providing your information during a consultation, or otherwise agreeing to receive communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of representation or service.

Opt-Out (STOP)

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, we may send you a one-time confirmation message. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from that specific Program, but you may still receive messages from other Programs you have joined unless and until you opt out of those Programs as well.
